360 Monitoring FAQs

Is 360 Monitoring integrated with WHMCS?

Yes. 360 Monitoring is integrated into WHMCS. The link to the module is: https://github.com/plesk/whmcs-360monitoring/
Is it possible to automate license creation, installation, and activation for end user?

Yes. Every partner can create and modify 360 Monitoring licenses. Partner receives an activation link for a license that should be provided to a customer. Then customer clicks the link and follow the instructions to create a 360 Monitoring integration.
Is it possible to register server and website monitors for customers? I would like to preconfigure some settings for my customers, for example already add websites from their server the list of monitored websites.

Only the 360 Monitoring license owner who has access to a server can add this server to be monitored by 360 Monitoring. This can be done by running a CLI command on the server. Only the 360 Monitoring license owner can create a Website monitor not only direct in 360 Monitoring UI but also via API. https://docs.360monitoring.com/reference/create-a-monitor
Is 360 Monitoring integrated with Plesk/cPanel?

360 monitoring is integrated with Plesk. cPanel users can also use/sell 360 Monitoring through Manage2.
What happens if a customer already has a 360 Monitoring license and then orders another one? From the same provider or two different providers?

If a customer uses the same 360 Monitoring account and has different 360 Monitoring licenses, then all features and limits of these licenses will be accumulated.
What happens if a monitor limit is exceeded? Can customer still use 360 Monitoring?

Customer will see a red notice about the license usage showing that the limit is exceeded. The assets exceeding the limit will be visible on the list but not monitored until the plan is upgraded. It does not affect monitoring of the assets within the limit.
Is it possible to use 360 Monitoring with another solution simultaneously?

Yes, it's possible.
Is it possible to monitor email queue?

Yes, there is special plugin to monitor mail queue
