How to change the status (Active or Suspended) of the user?
To change the status (Active or Suspended) of the user, use the steps given below:
- Log into your Plesk control panel.
- Click on the 'Customers' section.
- Check mark on Customer name.
- Click on the 'Change Status'.
- Select Activate or Suspend.
- Click on the OK button.
