How to change the status (Active or Suspended) of the user?

To change the status (Active or Suspended) of the user, use the steps given below:

  • Log into your Plesk control panel.
  • Click on the 'Customers' section.
  • Check mark on Customer name.
  • Click on the 'Change Status'.
  • Select Activate or Suspend.
