You can log into your Plesk panel at either of these URLs: 

https://hostname:8443

https://IPaddress:8443

or

https://domainname:8443

For example:  https://www.dailyhostnews.com:8443

Use your Plesk panel login credentials which you will receive in the confirmation mail.
