To delete a page/blogpost from your WordPress website, login to your WordPress dashboard and proceed as follows:

To delete a page

 From the left side pane, select Pages.

• Click on All Pages.
• Now, the list of all pages opens up.
• Take the mouse pointer over the name of a page you want to delete.
• Click on Trash appearing below the name of the post.
• (Note – The options appear below the post name only when you hover the mouse pointer over it.)
•  The page is deleted and a message appears at the top stating “page moved to the trash”.

To delete a blogpost

 From the left side pane, select Posts.

•  Click on All Posts.
• Now, the list of published blogposts opens up.
• Take the mouse pointer over the name of a blogpost you want to delete.
• Click on Trash appearing below the name of the post.
• (Note – The options appear below the post name only when you hover the mouse pointer over it.)

The page is deleted and a message appears at the top stating “page moved to the trash”.
