• We create backups of your data in WordPress site through Plesk Onyx’s backup and restoration feature.

Don’ts

• We discourage data backups within the WordPress on local site, as it fills up unnecessary storage space on the local device, affecting your systems’ performance.

2. Caching Issues

Do’s

• ZNetLive implements page caching through powerful CloudFlare Cache Purge feature. It works by taking the consistent portion of your site and moving them closer to your site visitor.
• Our Google Page Insights tool will help identify and optimize the web page for maximum and quick availability.

Don’ts

We disallow/discourage the use of multiple plugins used at a time for a single WordPress instance as it can affect the page loading time and the overall performance of the site.

3. DNS and Domain Mapping

Do’s

We help you in pointing your website to a domain name. It is necessary as it will help users find your website easily.

Don’ts

We do not support domain mapping and DNS configuration in case of third party registrar, as we cannot access the third-party sites.

Don’ts
