How do I migrate my databases of the previous site to the new managed WordPress installation?

You can use the feature of Web Site Migration to migrate your individual databases from previous/source website to your new destination website with us.

Note: At present, Plesk supports migration of MySQL database only.

Follow the steps below to migrate a database:

    1. Within ‘Databases’, click on Add Database to Import. 
    2. Mention the information for database connection on the source server and click on OK.

After migrating a database, you can migrate it again with the Re-sync button. The changes previously made to the database or its content on the destination server will be overwritten with this command.
