Administrators have access to the management portal and have the administrator role in all the services.
Aministrators can perform various operations - can create and manage tenants, administrator accounts, and user accounts on or below their level in the hierarchy. They can also download and install the software, manage services but cannot create reports about the service usage and configure branding.
Administrators at the customer level and higher can limit access to their tenant for higher-level administrators.
Users do not have access to the management portal. Their access to the services and their roles in the services are defined by an administrator. They cannot create tenants and accounts but can manage services and download and install the software.
Like administrators, they also cannot create reports about the service usage and configure branding.
