How to Set Up Catch-All Address in Google Workspace (Google Apps)?

This article explains how to set a catch-all for your account.

Set Catch-All

Here are the steps you need to take once you are logged in:

  • Double click on Routing.

  • In the Routing section, you will see a configuration form.

  • Add a short description for Routing. You can add a name like Catch-All.
  • From the options below, tick mark the boxes for Inbound, Internal - Receiving.
  • Under the Advanced option, select change envelope recipient.
  • Add your catch-all mail id, catchall@example.com.
  • Click the Save button.
  • Now, expand Show Options, scroll down and tick mark the boxes for Unrecognized/Catch-all.

  • Now, you are ready to send mails to any non-existing email ID at your mail domain and it will be received at catchall@example.com.
