ZNetLive Mobile Application Overview
ZNetLive’s new app helps our users in India and across the world stay connected with us on the go! It maximizes productivity by reducing browsing time of the customers and is designed to perform well, even under limited network connection.
Developed by our in-house devops team, this Android app provides our clients an editor to edit and raise tickets; functionality to buy domains, view services and their billing details; manage their service accounts; and communicate with us, anywhere, anytime as per their convenience.

Modules of ZNetLive Mobile App
The app has ten simple modules that help our customers save time and quickly manage their business.
These eight modules are accessible via Dashboard- the container that has been designed to enable the customers to organize their work, manage things faster and get end to end view of their business.
Dashboard gives them access to four important sections of our services – Domains, Support, Services and Billing.
It enables order tracking i.e. customers can keep a close watch on their order statuses, directly from the dashboard. Also, it directs them to their Profile section, enabling them to view any notifications or reply to their raised tickets to ZNetLive.


1. Support Module
This module helps our customers view their tickets with detailed information including ticket number and department, last response and short ticket description. Tickets are displayed on the basis of their “creation date”.
It enables customers to quickly raise or close a ticket from here.
They can also reply on the ticket either by directly clicking on the Reply button or clicking anywhere in the specific ticket layout.
This section also empowers our customers to provide feedback about their support experience by rating their solved tickets, rating can be given from 5 to -5.
Attachment can also be added for providing detailed clarity in the following file formats –
jpg, .gif, .jpeg, .png, .doc, .docx, .pdf, .xls, .xlsx, .txt, .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .TXT, .PDF, .ZIP, .zip, .rar, .RAR
2. Services module
This section is divided into two sub-sections : Service Detail & Purchase Office 365.
Service Detail sub-section gives our customers a view of their service(s) and billing details and enables them to keep a vigil on the amount and days left for the expiration of that service.
Billing details include the date on which any service was availed, its due date, billing cycle, followed by first payment amount and recurring amount.
Our customers can also view their Office 365 subscription details here- Microsoft Login details, Microsoft ID, Username/Password, Subscription ID and number of users or email IDs.
From this sub-section, the customers can enable or disable renewal notifications and upgrade their service billing cycle, using Renewal Centre.
This section also has an Upgrade Center from where the customers can add resources to their accounts.


Purchase Microsoft Office 365 sub-section in Services module allows our customers to view all 4 Microsoft Office 365 plans: Business Plan, Exchange Online Plan, Large-Enterprise Plan, Government Plan. The customers will be able to see a detailed description of the plan by just clicking on it.
A simple click on the Order Now button redirects them to the Order Summary page where they can check the availability of the hostname by just typing the hostname and entering the number of users/email ID associated with the hostname.
3. Domains module
From this section, get detailed information related to domains like domain name, its expiration date, amount and the functionality to renew it with the click of a button.
The customers can raise ticket for domains from here. They can also view billing details like date on which the domain was availed, next due date, billing cycle, first payment amount and recurring amount.
This module also enables our customers to search and buy domains, update the Name Server, renew multiple domains and raise ticket for the domains.


4. ‘Buy Domain’ module
The Domain module consists of a button named ‘Search Domain’, clicking on which the customers will be redirected to a new module – Buy Domain module..
This enables our customers to search an available domain name by writing it either in the Search Domain page or Search Domain Result page. Premium domains can also be searched from here.
Our customers can remove any domain of their choice from the Payment Detail page by clicking on the Cross icon corresponding to it. Also, our customers can increase or decrease the billing cycle of the appropriate domain from Payment Detail page (i.e. from the drop down select box).
.bharat tld is also implemented in the app, so the customers can choose this gtld too.
NOTE: Domain Registration Payment Process is separated from Service/Domain Renewal and from Order/Invoice Pay. Customers will not be able to register a .shiksha tld from the App.
5. Billing module
Billing module helps our customers view invoices – unpaid or paid invoices, with unpaid invoice listed on top and paid invoices listed at the bottom. They can also view Invoice Detail Description that includes invoice number, date, amount, status, pay to, invoice to, tax details, invoice description and pay now button (if unpaid).
The customers can also view details related to Orders and Order Detail Description via this section. They can download invoice in PDF and check the order status – Pending, Invalid, In progress, Complete and Cancelled. Our customers can also add fund to their account easily from here.

6. Profile Module
This module enables our customers to view their profile details- their name, company name, email ID, mobile number, base currency and address. From here, they can update their mobile number, change login password and log out from the application.
7. ‘Forgot Password’ module
The customers can reset their password from this section which comprises three steps:
- Enter a registered email ID for which the password is to be changed.
- Enter the password reset code sent to the customer’s mail id.
- Finally, enter new password.
And it is done
8. ‘Sign IN’ module
This module allows our customers and their sub-users to login to app with their credentials and also reset their forgot password (described above).
9. Sign ‘UP’ module
This module enables new users to register themselves with ZNetLive and fill their KYC details . An OTP is sent on the registered mobile number for verification and an e-mail is sent on the registered mail-id for verification which users must verify and fill their KYC form within 30 days or else, the screen will freeze until verification is complete.
Mobile verification is done only for clients in India.
10. Track Order module
This section helps our customers to keep a track on the status of their order. By clicking on the Track Order button customers will be re-directed to their respective order. Customers can find Track Order icon on the dashboard, where they can write the Order number to keep a track on.
