Revamping member panel for increased usability and navigational ease.

First phase – Homepage with all service, support and billing information in a single pane.

We at ZNetLive, believe that a customer’s time is of essence as time is money.

Working on our ideology and understanding the fact that our user interface should save our customer’s time with ease of navigation, we have come up with the revamped home screen of the member panel. This ease of navigation and good design will facilitate effective and user-friendly operation, oriented towards single-click activity.

This move of ours is directed towards making our customers more productive by allowing them to focus on ideas to increase their business, rather than dabble around the member panel to get things done.

Understand how this change will help you in minimizing undesired navigation while giving you access to your services, billing and support through a single pane of glass.

As soon as you log into your member panel, you get a wholesome view of all information related to your services, support and billing through these three tabs on the left hand side – My Services, My Support and My Billing shown in image.

To understand how easy things have become now, let’s dig deeper:

1.When you click on My Services, you see the screen given below:

  • With just one click, you can check all your current services along with their details.
  • You can also see details of all services -due for renewal, suspended or terminated by clicking on the adjoining tabs.
  • By clicking on dropdown arrow on the right side, you get quick links to create a ticket, renew a service or submit cancellation request for a service.

Besides current services, you can also check status of your current domains –due for renewal or expired by clicking on the next tab.

Also get to know more about other services that we recommend to enhance your existing services by clicking on recommended services and festive or seasonal discount offers by clicking on current offers.

2.When you click on My Support, you see the screen given below:

  • Here, you get to see all tickets and their status- those awaiting your response or our response or are closed.
  • You can select departments from dropdown to see tickets raised in respective department.
  • Click the drop down on the right hand side of a ticket to get quick links to track the progress of ticket resolution or close the ticket if you feel issue has been resolved or else, if not satisfied with the response, escalate the ticket to higher admins.

Also, find latest notifications and alerts regarding your service by clicking on the Announcement tab.

Click on Email log tab to access your email communication with ZNetLive-live chat transcripts, SMSs, invoices, receipts, invoices, ledgers all are available at a single place in your member panel.

3.When you click on My Billing, you see the screen given below:

  • From ledger tab, you get complete data of your economic transactions in one go. You can export and archive them from here as per your requirements.
  • Also, you can check invoices-paid or unpaid; status of the orders-delivered, cancelled or due for payment; services due for renewal and receipts by clicking on the corresponding tabs.

Thus, the central tenet of our new member panel’s home page is to facilitate all the information that our customers need, be it about their services or billing or support, readily available to them at one single place.
